Directions: Add 1 teaspoon of the herbal blend into a cup of hot water. Let it infuse for 6 minutes before you strain it.
For a cool drink make the tea as the same way you would, by using the same amount of the herbal blend. If you want to make more than one cup add 1 teaspoon of the blend for each extra cup. Put the tea in the refrigerator to cool, and then serve with a slice of lemon. Delicious!!
