International Shipping

All prices listed are in Australian dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company automatically will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.

Limitations

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Superiorherbs.com.au, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. 

International Shipping Fees, Import Duties and Taxes

All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination. Customers outside of Australia may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, once a shipment reaches your country.

You, the customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees. International Returns or Packages Refused These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.


The customer will be responsible for the shippping costs if the products are returned to us for any reason. A refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus 20% of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or other fee.
